Tri-High juniors is a great opportunity for young people to come and learn all about triathlon in a safe, friendly and motivating environment.

Sessions focus on a mixture of technique and fitness and are expertly run by Head Coach Barnaby Gray and supported by Mandy Keel, and other coaches. The sessions are for all levels from ages 6 upwards, but children should be able to swim at least 50metres unaided front crawl. These are great fun sessions where children can train and socialise, based on the lifelong skills of swimming, cycling and running. 

On Saturdays, both Tri-High Buddies and Tri-High juniors meet at Alice Holt Forest or other Parkrun venues to compete in the series. These are great fun and free! Any children under 11 though must run with an adult. These are great family events and a super way for all Tri-High athletes to work and support each other!

Through the winter we enjoy taking part in various cross country events  to add to the Tri-High programme. Please do get in contact if want more information about Tri-High Juniors.
