Tri-High Buddies is a support network for adults throughout the year with training and race opportunities for like minded triathletes of all abilities.  

The mission 'Desire to Inspire' runs through the Buddy scheme as we aim to motivate each other and use our own experience and knowledge to help each other, whilst having a lot of fun along the way!

In 2022 we have a group of Buddies heading to Vichy in France to take on the Vichy Ironman and 70.3 challenge.

All standards are welcome and no one is left behind! All year round we swim at Frensham Pond, cycle and run from there or other local areas.
